This is somewhat a quick version...
Hopefully you can make it to a channel... or else none of this works...
Type !list to get a listing of the Fserves(file servers) in the channel.
example:

Find in the ad where it says Triggers. Copy and Paste that into the chat. Triggers are usually divided by & or go by /ctcp until you see a break in the trig. A /ctcp is a silent trigger, and without it is a 'loud' trig.
A window should pop up and say quite a bit of stuff you dont understand.
Type dir in that window. That will list the folders and files that are shared.
If it has a file extension or size after the anime title then its a file. If not, then its a folder.
example:

<Fserve> ff7-trailer_adventchildrenJap(hawks)-_hq.mpeg 5.38MB
Like Naruto? Now you would type cd Naruto to change the directory or folder to the Naruto folder.
example:

<You> dir
<Fserve>Naruto 1-79 on CD
<Fserve>Naruto_-_80[AonE].avi 179MB
<Fserve>Naruto_-_81[AonE].avi 156MB
Sometimes people make a folder that is like a note. Eps 1-79 are burned onto a CD. For some odd reason you need Naruto 80 and you have to look here on how to use a fserve. Type get and the full filename ending with the extension.
example:
<You>get Naruto_-_80[Aone].avi
<Fserve> You have queued Naruto_-_80[Aone].avi in Slot #4
You want that Advent Children trailer too? Type cd.. and that will make you go back a directory or folder.
example:
<You> cd..
<Fserve>/Main Anime Folder

<Fserve>Naruto
<Fserve>Gunslinger_Girl_-_01_[AonE].avi 169MB
<Fserve> ff7-trailer_adventchildrenJap(hawks)-_hq.mpeg 5.38MB

Now you have to wait. So make sure you stay in the channel and have your client set to Auto-Accept and Auto-Get so you can go away from the computer and not worry about accepting when that file eventually starts to send. That setting is in Tools > Options then DCC and check Auto-get and Auto-accept. Click OK when done.
Always make sure to type exit when you are done in the fserve.
